Another Phlebology

Miejsce: Hotel Mercure Buda, Budapeszt, Węgry

Termin: 2017-10-06 - 2017-10-07

Organizator: Hungarian Venous Forum • Hungarian Society for Angiology and Vascular Surgery

Dear Colleague,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to Budapest to participate in the second international workshop on various theories and practical methods which are not generally practised or accepted in phlebology. We focus more on ideas and experience than on completed studies. Less fashionable topics can be among the subjects of this meeting. New thoughts and preliminary reports can also be accepted for presentation. We are interested in resourceful tips in solving everyday problems. Discussions after presentations about the possibilities of moving forward in phlebology are encouraged. The aim is to support new or alternative ideas and techniques, not to denigrate them (there have been too many errors in the history of science). Topics: pathophysiology and diagnostics, compression treatment, sclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy, classic, haemodynamic and ablative surgery, glue treatment and various techniques for different purposes, valve issues and solutions, thrombosis, post-thrombotic complications and their treatment, interventions, crural ulcers and varia. We welcome both well-known experts and new colleagues from all over the world, in an exchange of scientific practice and clinical experience.

We look forward to seeing you in Budapest.

D. Imre Bihari PD
