Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities — due to the non-compliances and exclusions listed below. The website is designed in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard.

Inaccessible content

• Some images may contain alternative descriptions with low level of detail — work in progress.
• Some interactive elements are smaller than the recommended 44×44 px — work in progress.
• Downloadable PDF files (including certification applications and regulations) may not be fully accessible to screen readers — we are gradually replacing them with accessible versions.
• Some video and archival materials may lack captions or transcripts.

Request and complaint procedure

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of the website or its element. It is also possible to request the provision of information via an alternative means of access, e.g., by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc.

The request should include: the requester's details, an indication of the website or element concerned, and a preferred method of contact. If the requester needs the information in an alternative format, they should specify their preferred method of presentation.

The entity will fulfill the request without undue delay, no later than within 7 days of the request being made. If this deadline cannot be met, the entity will promptly inform the requester when the request will be fulfilled, with such period not exceeding 2 months from the date of the request.

If the request for accessibility or an alternative means of access is refused, the requester may file a complaint. After exhausting the above procedure, a request may be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich).
