- These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website of the Polish Society of Phlebology, available at ptf.org.pl (hereinafter: the "Website").

§2. Definitions
- User – any person using the Website.
- PTF Member – a person holding active membership in the Polish Society of Phlebology.
- Services – functionalities available on the Website, including access to information, event registration, and contact with PTF.
§3. Rules for Using the Website
- Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require registration, except for functionalities requiring login (e.g., the member panel).
- The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, principles of social conduct, and the provisions of these Terms of Service.
- It is prohibited to:
- undertake actions that could disrupt the functioning of the Website
- use the Website for unlawful purposes
- copy, distribute, or modify content without the Administrator's consent
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
§4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

- The Administrator shall not be liable for:
- damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website

- interruptions in Website availability caused by external factors

- The rules for the use of cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy.
§7. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted via e-mail message.

- The Administrator will review the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.

- In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office.
- These Terms of Service come into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
