Message from the President
Dear Colleagues,
Members of the Polish Phlebological Society (PTF),
Despite the Board's repeated efforts since the beginning of 2025, only at the end of this month did the Society obtain the financial report for 2024, which is necessary to fulfil its statutory obligations. The reason for this situation was the serious illness of the previous accountant, which prevented her from performing her duties and from handing over the financial documents on time.
Without the report, it was impossible to submit the documents to the relevant tax office on time and to present them to the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Phlebological Society in order to maintain full transparency of the Board's actions.
Now that the report has been obtained, and in accordance with the Society's Statutes, which require the Board to convene the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Phlebological Society at least once a year, I hereby convene it online on 11 December 2025 at 7:30 pm. A link to the meeting on the Zoom platform will be sent to you at a later date.

- Opening of the General Meeting of PTF Members.
- Confirmation that the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Phlebological Society has been properly convened and is able to adopt resolutions.
- Election of the Chair of the Meeting.
- Report of the President of the Polish Phlebological Society.
- Report of the Treasurer of the Polish Phlebological Society.
- Statement by the Audit Committee representative.
- Voting on the PTF President's Report.
- Voting on the PTF Treasurer's Report.
- Voting on changes to the Society's accounting policy.
- Any other business.
- Close of the meeting.
