Dear Colleagues, Members of the Polish Phlebology Society,

I am pleased to inform you that our new website is now available and fully functional. The transition to the new platform represents an important step forward in the Society's activities — both in terms of communication and membership management. Let me present you with key information on why you should visit and use the new website today.

Why a new website?

While the previous website fulfilled its basic functions, its design, interface, navigation, and integration with modern digital solutions left some distance from the requirements of modern users — our Members and Partners.

In response to the community's needs and in the spirit of transparency and efficiency, we are providing you with its new version. It features significantly improved functions and a modern image of the Society.

What's new and better?

1. Visual aspects and usability

• The new website has been designed in a modern way, in accordance with the latest UX/UI standards — clear layout, larger images, better readability on mobile devices and tablets.
• Intuitive navigation: quick access to sections "Membership", "News", "Conferences", "Publications", which makes information available almost immediately.
• Distinctive graphic and color sections that help navigate the content and give the website a fresh, professional look.

2. Technological and functional aspects

• The website operates in responsive technology — automatically adapts to the device from which we browse (computer, tablet, smartphone).
• Integrated Sorga online payment system enables easier and faster payment of membership fees — without "paper" formalities, with one click.
• Dedicated "My Membership" section allows logging in, checking status, accessing invoices, payment history, and any arrears or overpayments.
• Real-time updates: information about events, conferences, courses, obligations — everything in one place, always available.
• Better security, GDPR compliance and data privacy, which gives you confidence that your data is protected according to the best standards.

3. For whom and how to benefit

• For PTF members: quick access to your account, online fee payment, membership history, document downloads.
• For membership candidates: clear online registration path, benefit information, instructions, forms.
• For partners, sponsors and the medical community: modern website gives a better impression and facilitates cooperation, encourages participation in Society activities.
• For everyone interested in phlebology: news, event calendar, educational resources — all easily accessible and attractively presented.

What's next?

I ask you to familiarize yourself with the new website and test the payment function through Sorga — I encourage you to log in to your membership account and check your status. If you notice any irregularities, suggestions, or have ideas for further improvements, please contact the Society's office (kontakt@ptf.org.pl) — your opinions are extremely valuable.

At the same time, I would like to assure you that the old website remains available for some time as an archive, however we recommend using the new platform as the main source of information. In the near future, we plan to fully transfer all resources to the new website and consider shutting down the old service.
