Word from the President
Dear Colleagues,
Members of the Polish Phlebology Society,
Despite the Board's repeated efforts since the beginning of 2025, only at the end of this month did the Society obtain the financial report for 2024, which is necessary to fulfill its statutory obligations. The reason for this situation was the serious illness of the previous accountant, which prevented her from performing the assigned tasks and timely transfer of financial documentation.
The lack of the report made it impossible to timely submit documents to the appropriate Tax Office and present them to the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Phlebology Society in order to maintain full transparency of the Board's actions.
In connection with obtaining the mentioned report, in accordance with the Society's statute obliging the Board to conduct at least once a year the General Meeting of Members of the Polish Phlebology Society, I convene it in online form on December 11, 2025 at 7:30 PM. A link to the meeting on the zoom platform will be sent to you at a later date.
